Refund Policy

For details on our refund deadlines and policies, please refer to the information below; note that our policies differ for membership subscription payments vs. one-time live online course purchases, and that payment options may vary from one Service to another. Please also note that we treat violations of our Acceptable Use Policy very seriously, and we have no obligation to offer refunds to Service Users who are found to be in violation of these terms, even if their requests are made within the designated refund period.

Annual Professional Membership Subscription Payments

If you cancel your paid annual subscription for an individual Professional Membership, we will offer you a complete refund up until 30 days after purchase.

Your subscription will continue for 12 months and then automatically renew unless and until you cancel your subscription or the subscription is suspended or terminated by ROSIELAND.

If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of the 12-month period and will not be billed for the next billing cycle.

For Live Online Courses Purchases

If you cancel your paid enrollment on a one-time live online course, we will offer you a complete refund less a 15% administration fee up until 45 days prior to the course start date.

In the unlikely occurrence of a cancellation of a live online course by the ROSIELAND, enrolled members will be offered a full refund or a credit note against an equivalent future ROSIELAND live online course.

For Events Purchases

If you cancel your paid registration for an event, we will offer you a refund of the full fee less a 15% administration fee up until 45 days prior to the event start date.

In the unlikely event of cancellation or postponement of an Event, the liability of ROSIELAND is limited to the share of the paid ticket fees that remain after payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted. Besides a refund of ticket fees, ROSIELAND is not responsible for any loss or damage to or expenses incurred by the Attendee as a result of such cancellation or postponement.

For Other Paid Services

Except as described in this Refund Policy or as explicitly stated on our Services, ROSIELAND has no obligation to provide refunds or vouchers for any other Services.
