💭 Is #community about the #people or the #system? Both people and organisations are capable of building community AND also doing community completely wrong. We often talk like community is all about the people. Yet these same people can be flaky, cruel, unreliable and selfish. They can also be wonderful. 🥰 And then we say that organisations, especially enterprises and VCs, will never be capable of building community. Yet, they can bring value too. Both are responsible for community infrastructure, but in different ways. It's not a competition, we must understand this to build better.
