Community centres on relevance. Want a great community? Be relevant. Want your community to die? Stop caring and become irrelevant. Relevance sounds easy. But it is not. You have to care. Speak the relevant lingo. Show up and do the work. You have to pay attention and be in the know. You have to connect, converse and build trust. You have to express yourself and hope you find rapport. Then you have to be creative to deliver something of relevance. Most people don't do this. #relevance
