I'm gonna start a #nope hashtag because I just lost 30 minutes of my one life to moderation. Wherever there is free, it is filled with spam and disrespect for the systems we create. And for some reason it's ok that we spend time cleaning up? 🧼 Nope. Saying no to complete free posting is #CommunityCare This doesn't people have to pay to participate, there can still be healthy boundaries. Eg: we have Chapters that are free to attend. To organise one you have to be a paid member. To speak at one it has to be organised by a Chapter Leaders. These are good healthy boundaries.
