Twitter.now has launched. I love the sentiment, but, but, but! Many attempts have been made to replicate what Twitter was. IMHO, that is long gone. It's a thing of the past and no longer realistic to expect people to give it a go. Some of the new tools may be successful in some aspects, but none come close to what Twitter was. I can't help, but think this is lazy thinking. The world has changed. There are too many people on the internet to design for everyone. It's time to build differently. On a smaller scale. Meaningfully. With real boundaries of care. And with value. #twitter #design
