I'm a big fan of questions in community, but my dissatisfaction comes when they don't provide real support, exploration, learning or connection opportunities.
Community is increasingly becoming responsible for more types of community generated content. Perhaps in the past the majority of our content was contained with forums and social. These days, depending on the team set up, we need to widen our thinking of the content we could be creating.
Turn-taking is where people speak one at a time, it sounds simplistic, but this approach can be adapted to the communities we build.
