One of the biggest questions and challenges of communities is deciding what brings value. Without value, people naturally won't keep showing up. The challenge then becomes to figure out what is valuable for the community.
When everyone values different things and when everyone is at a different stage of their life journey, this is easier said than done. If it was easy then everyone would have it figured out.
One angle I'd love to dive into a bit here is the idea of communities bringing member opportunities.
