Community search and discovery in the age of AI

I've been grafting for the past two years. Observing my community as part of the overall system and figuring out what growth looks like in this AI driven world. Over the past couple of years, we've tripled our web traffic and email list size.

I wish we could say we tripled our revenue, but sadly not! I do believe the increased revenue will come. Especially as most of our customers are companies with slower purchasing approval processes.

Partly I'm super aware that we are playing a long-term game, as most businesses are, or should. The other part is that I'm not here to share how one thing magically fixed our community, so much advice like that is out there. There is no single quick fix to finding success in (community) businesses. So much advice out there tries to convince you they have the singular answer to success, don't believe it!
