I'm at a crossroads.

The past few years I've been writing about a mixture of community discovery and community knowledge management. The deeper I go, the more I get excited about the potential.

I've long been curating with community in mind within Rosieland. The weekly newsletter I send is a big part of that. As is the knowledgebase. I've made attempts in previous roles too. To try to carefully gather, understand, share and amplify what is created.

But if I'm honest, I feel like I get stuck with the frustration of not being able to build it properly. It is only now, after years of thinking, writing and MVP'ing my way to what I imagine, that I feel like it's starting to come into place.

As I like to say, "it's happening!", finally!
