I need to spend some proper time reading this. One thing for sure, the world is changing, the youth are hard to keep up with, but I also think it's a good reality check for 'marketing'.
At least in part, it makes me feel better that marketeers are confused with the chaos. As community builders we shouldn't be afraid to admit the same too, I feel community is in a funny place at the moment. We have to find ways to change, adapt and innovate.
