Incase you didn't know, I have a thing about Community Discovery.
Here's my current definition of how I think about what Community Discovery is:

Community Discovery is “the work and processes community people need to do to help you build relationships and do ecosystem research to enable informed and confident community decisions.”
Another way to say it is: community discovery helps you decide with confidence how and what to build in community
Another way to say it is: community discovery helps you decide with confidence how and what to build in community
The essence of what community discovery is for me is to be able make great community decisions with confidence. And to do these we need to work towards deep understanding of our people and ecosystem.
We have to go out and discover and problem solve, no one is going to do it for us.
And what better way to act upon this than through the stories we hear, participate and create?
