Are you talking into the void?

Are you even a community builder if you haven't sent out a message and all you heard were crickets?

We can chuckle and feel seen with a comment like this. We've all been there and shipped something that has fallen on deaf ears. Or perhaps we've organized an event where no one turned up.

Not all of our messages will be seen or heard. Nor will everything we try to do succeed. That's ok.

However, there is danger when we don't learn from it, or if it becomes the status quo.
