Create your own Slack Community Tracker

One of the things I've been working on is bringing awareness of all the little activities that are happening within our community driven business. There's a lot going on that we don't always give ourselves credit for.

Some of these activities aren't always traditionally classified as "community activities". Sales or new email subscribers, for example, might not be seen as relevant to community. In my eyes they are. We are all working towards the same goal of having a successful business and the work that community people do contributes to so many parts of the business.

How can we build better communities?

We are on a quest to learn and explore what makes great communities.
