There’s certainly an art to community building and much of it comes down to the sheer intention of ‘studying your people’. I’ll keep referring to this term, so you best get used to it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

When I refer to the term of ‘studying your people’ I mean have the intention of getting to know them better. It means I am interested in them. I want to find out more.
