Learning in community — an introduction

The future of education is in community. I'm convinced. Now I just need to prove it. 😅

I've been in tech for 20+ years and without any qualifications. Whilst I'm not anti-qualifications, I do believe we should all be free to choose how to learn and not be looked down upon for our choices.

We should embrace curiosity when we seek to employ, hire or collaborate with people — on one part we should become curious about the people we want to work with, on the other hand we need to understand that curiosity should be at the heart of everyone we work with.
