The Community Building Iceberg

Visuals are a great way to communicate ideas and concepts. The iceberg metaphor has certainly done the internet rounds, there's a reason for that, it works!

I put one together for community building as typically I know many of us feel it is hard to communicate or show what goes on behind the scenes of building good communities.
