The community experience flywheel

Communities do a lot of good work, but often don't get the credit for it. This is a big challenge we have to overcome as community builders.

Sometimes it's not enough to do the community building work and live in hope that people will see the value. We need to explore new boundaries and be more explicit about the work and value we create.

When people graduate from university they get a degree and show it off by adding it to their resume.
