π₯³ Ok, wow, I'm not quite sure I'm ready for 2022. But here we go!
To be honest, 2021 was super tough on a number of fronts, I won't bore you with the details, but I'm here and excited for what the world of community will bring in 2022.
Fun news! In addition to the Rosieland Discord we now have a Rosieland Twitter Community β they are both currently open for anyone to join.
About a month ago Erin and I joke-challenged to do 100 Days of Twitter Spaces. We just completed day 36. Go us!
I don't think we'll ever do this again, as fun as it is life will feel easy again afterwards! We'd love to have more and new voices come and join us on the spaces, just let me or Erin know via DM.

It doesn't.

With limited capacity you need to reduce your focus to avoid overwhelm and chaos. Also you can manage expectations of internal teams.
