This week in community building - Issue 33

I had a bit of an emotional end to the week.

The company I bootstrapped and founded (but no longer work at day to day) was hit hard by coronavirus as 70% of revenue came from physical events. They pivoted quickly and last week hosted their first online conference. It had raving reviews, which took me and the team by real surprise. Everything just seemed to click.

As the original founder I shed a tear as I looked on from the outside, it’s so hard to completely let go of a community. I’m not sure I ever will.

I hope to write something up from my perspective soon. ❀️
