🌻 Are you Open to Community Work? Or Hiring Community Peeps?

I casually launched Community Peeps last week on LinkedIn to help connect people "Open to Work" (permanent, freelance, consultant & fractional roles) and those hiring.

About 100 people have signed up so far, 50 of those have created their profiles. The goal here is to give better chang community peeps find opportunities.

It's not a job board. It's a place to find community people to hire.

🌈 Is building community really about problem solving?

We talk about community building in terms of connection, conversations, belonging, and relationships.

But what if we talked about it from the perspective that we are problem solving and that our languages to achieve our outcomes is connection, conversations, belonging and relationships.

Community is the language we speak to solve problems.

The question then becomes, what problems are we trying to solve and how can we align our efforts with a community ethos?

🕸 Community around the web...

☀️ One of the wonderful things about community are all the amazing possibilities. There are so many things we could do! So many great ideas to make our world a better place. They’d all be great and be so valuable, if we could just get them to work. IF only. New
